How long do the brownies keep?
Our brownies are best enjoyed within one week and kept stored in the fridge. Although we wouldn't blame you if they don't last that long!

How should I store them?
Keep your brownies in an airtight container in the fridge to keep them fresh and fudgy. Want to save some for later? They can also be frozen for up to 2 months in an airtight container.

What's the best way to enjoy them?
However you like them! Our brownies are delicious straight from the fridge, at room temperature or warmed up for that extra gooey, melty goodness. Some eat them frozen! There's no wrong way!

Do you offer local pick up?
Absolutely! Local pick up is available from Myponga on Wednesdays, with alternative days sometimes available by arrangement. Just get in touch via email or Instagram and we'll see what we can organise.

Do you ship Australia wide? How long does postage take?
Yes! We post Australia wide, so you can enjoy our brownies wherever you are. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but everything is sent Tuesday afternoon Express, most parcels arrive within a 1-3 business days.

Are they made fresh?
Absolutely! All website orders are baked fresh to order each week before being sent/picked up. We don't keep batches sitting around waiting to be ordered or frozen, your brownies are made especially for you!

Do your brownies contain any allergens?
Our brownies contain ingredients such as wheat (gluten), dairy, eggs, and soy. Some flavours also contain nuts, peanuts and other allergens. Please note that all products are made in a kitchen that handles a range of allergens, including nuts.

Do you sell them individually?
Our brownies are baked in slabs, so we don't offer individual slices through our website. However, we do offer mixed boxes online occasionally if you'd like to try a few different flavours! Boxes start from 2 brownies and go up to 6. You can also grab individual brownies when you find us at a market.

Can I order ahead?
Our website operates on a weekly ordering schedule, with orders closing every Sunday at 8pm for the following week's bake. If you miss the cut off, your order will automatically fall into the next week's bake.
Planning something bigger? We're happy to chat about larger custom orders in advance – just send us a message! However, for regular website orders, simply place your order during the week prior to when you'd like to receive it. 

When do orders close?
Orders close every Sunday at 8pm for the following week's bake. Orders are then freshly baked and ready for postage Tuesday and pick up from Wednesday onwards. Missed the cut-off? No worries, orders will roll over to the following week!

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. I'll always do my best to help but as everything is baked fresh to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the weekly ordering cut off has passed.

Do you cater for events, birthdays or larger orders?
Absolutely! Whether it's a birthday, wedding, celebration, workplace treat or something a little bigger, we'd love to be part of it. Get in touch via email or Instagram with a few details about what you're after and we'll chat!

Can I request a custom flavour?
We're always playing around with new flavours and ideas! While we don't offer custom flavours as part of our regular weekly menu, we're happy to hear your suggestions. And if there's one you particularly want in a slab form, it's worth asking! If I can make it happen for you I will.

Where can I find you at Markets?
We regularly pop up at markets and events around Adelaide and south. Keep an eye on our Instagram for upcoming market dates, locations and stock updates. It's also the best place to catch any new flavour announcements! There is also an Upcoming Markets page right here on our website with future events.

Do you offer wholesale?
We're currently focusing on our online orders and market appearances, so we're not taking on additional wholesale stockists at this stage. Thanks so much for thinking of us!
